Tonia McNeilly is one of the Western Suburbs most successful agents and it’s due to her high energy levels, determination and her no nonsense style. Recently placed 2nd Highest Selling Agent in WA (REIWA Awards 2016, 2012, 2011), following her placement of 69th in Australia (National Awards 2014), she continually receives the Grand Master Award every year which is only awarded to 10 salespeople. To top it all off the agency, ‘TM Residential’ won the Small Residential Agency of the Year – 2016 and Tonia was awarded Residential Sales Agent of the Year 2016 – REIWA Awards.

She completed her schooling at PLC and moved to Melbourne where she studied at Swinburne University whilst forging a career in the entertainment industry. Marketing roles with Polygram Records and Village Roadshow had her travelling the world securing artists rights and negotiating million dollar sales. After a stint at the high profile advertising company Campaign Palace she secured the coveted role of General Manager at Gaffney International Licensing. It was here that her ability to negotiate with people from all walks of life shone as she sold the then unknown Wiggles to Australia and the World.

Whilst negotiating and marketing the Wiggles international licensing rights, music, video, TV, publishing and merchandise she fought hard and succeeded in acquiring the rights to Bob the Builder and Teletubbies for Australia and New Zealand bringing in multimillion dollar fees for GIL.

Upon her return to Perth some 12 years later she headed up the inaugural Perth Fashion Festival, before managing the Western Power Marketing Department.
